Cantine Elisium
In the hills of Borgo Partenope hamlet, Municipality of Cosenza, Cantine Elisium was born, the winery of the brothers Andrea and Marco Caputo.
The territory is that of the Terre di Cosenza PDO wines (Donnici sub-area), a hill about 450 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Sila plateau.
After a great deal of work for the soil tillage and the mechanization of the crops, in 2009 the vineyard of about 4.5 hectares was planted, in which priority is given to the native grapes of the area (Magliocco Dolce with red grapes and Pecorello with white).
The first cellar dates back to 2015, in a structure with an adjoining showroom and tasting room.
