Azienda Agricola Pata Antonio
Azienda Agricola Pata Antonio is located in the town of Rombiolo, in the province of Vibo Valentia.
It is a family-run oil farm founded in 1910. The 450 hectares of olive groves stretch between the Costa degli Dei and Monte Poro; the varieties of olives farmed are Ottobratica, Leccino and Ciciarello.
The production cycle takes place entirely in-house: the olives are harvested when they have reached the right degree of ripeness, and extraction is carried out cold.
The different types of Olio Pata produced are: the classic extra virgin olive oil "Il Soave", the extra virgin olive oil from organic farming "Il Biologico" and the unfiltered whole extra virgin olive oil "Il Deciso". Furthermore, the company produces flavored organic seasonings: lemon, chili pepper, bergamot, basil, onion, tangerine and rosemary.
