Mi 'Ndujo - Cosenza
Mi 'Ndujo is a fast food chain "made in Calabria" born in Cosenza in 2007.
At Mi 'Ndujo they prepare the "Panino Sanizzo", the richly stuffed sandwich like grandma used to make, exclusively with Italian, but especially Calabrian, products. The burgers have names reminiscent of Calabrian villages (such as Bisignano, Acri, etc.) or funny names: Mi'Ndujo, Mi Rifriscu - the light vegetarian sandwich for summer - or Mi Sbunno (I binge). There are about ten on the menu and some are seasonal, favouring products of the period.
To accompany the sandwiches, Silan potatoes and craft beers.
In 2019, it also opened several offices in Rome.
