Magnatum La Degusteria
In the historic center of Longobardi, province of Cosenza, Magnatum La Degusteria is a small refuge of the good and authentic. Degusteria with 16 seats, perfect forbusiness breakfasts, a snack stop, a quick lunch or an aperitif.
The owner, Francesco Saliceti, is a careful selector of goodness and offers the best of Calabrian food and wine excellences: everything that is exposed in the restaurant can be purchased. The kitchen is the kingdom of Giovanna Martire, self-taught cook out of passion, who interprets ancient and contemporary Calabria with taste and creativity, winking at the poor and peasant culture.
Careful selection of cheeses and cold cuts, with sauces, delicacies, craft beers, champagne, fine liqueurs, desserts and many delicacies. Among the specialties of the house: potato omelette without eggs and macco of broad beans with chicory. The cellar has more than 400 wine labels.
