An absolute speciality of the pizzeria is the pizza dough - exclusively pure type 1 wholemeal flour - which is highly hydrated and matured through the use of sourdough. For toppings and garnishes, only high quality and predominantly km0 products are selected and used, offering a wide variety of choice depending on the seasonality of the products.
