Casa Comerci
Casa Comerci winery was founded in Nicotera, Province of Vibo Valentia, at the end of the 1800s by Francesco Comerci and initially carried on by his daughter Rosina, who by marrying a barrel manufacturer and handing over the company to the last of their seven children, Salvatore, ensured its survival.
Today the company is managed by his nephew, Domenicoantonio Silipo, and his two sons, Francesco and Federico, who have overseen its expansion for a total of 30 hectares, divided equally between vineyards and olive groves.
What makes the wines of Casa Comerci, Calabria Rosso and Bianco PGI, so special is their creation from a native vine (Magliocco Canino) worked in respect of the territory.
