Cantine Lento

Lento Wineries are located in Amato, province of Catanzaro, and represent one of the most interesting realities of an area devoted to the production of Lamezia PDO and Calabria PGI wine.

The company philosophy is centered on the enhancement of local traditions and passion for the vine through technological innovation and constant care of the vineyard.

Lento wines are obtained from native vines managed according to the guidelines of today's viticulture, from the reception of the grapes to the maturation of the wines, which takes place strictly in french oak barriques, where the malolactic fermentation is completed for about 12 months. The barrel room has an area of ​​about 1200 square meters, dug into the rock at a depth of 6 meters.

The company offers guided tours with tastings, dinners, and organization of events, including wedding receptions, conferences, and meetings.
