Oliva Pizzamore

Oliva Pizzamore's pan pizza, located in the heart of the city centre of Acri (CS), is the work of the great pizza maker Antonio Oliva.

The pizzeria's surprising feature is the absence of a menu to consult: what guides the pizza chef is seasonality, his creativity and what the market offers daily.

His secret pizza recipe is the dough: light and hydrated (about twenty-four hours with very little yeast); he also pays great attention to the flours: only stone-ground Italian wheat, with unique experiments such as combinations of different grains.
