Frammichè
At the end of a dirt-road in the open countryside, in the small town of Filandari, province of Vibo Valentia, you will find the characteristic farmhouse that houses the Frammichè trattoria.
The rural environment offers an outdoor pergola for summer service, while the inner room mitigates winter around a monumental fireplace.
The cuisine is homemade, typically Calabrian, with generous portions. The specialty of the house are trofiette with zucchini flowers, pinoles and ginger. The first ones boast fresh handmade pasta (gnocchetti, fileja and scilatelle); among the second courses we recommend the pork shank and sausage.
Excellent value for money.
