In the kitchen, Giuseppe and his partner Antonella process the fish and raw materials of this territory -a stone's throw from a Blue Flag awarded sea- with love and simplicity.
After tasting a rich battery of appetizers, the recipes not to be missed are cavatelli soaked in squid sauce, lagane with murici, spaghettoni with anchovies, swordfish rolls, fish soup and roasted cuttlefish seasoned with its black. Excellent desserts, prepared by Antonella, and pizza, made with ancient grain flour (such as fresh pasta) and sourdough.
