Spadafora 1915
Spadafora family business in the wine sector began in 1915 in Mangone, province of Cosenza, when Ippolito Spadafora started the first trade in bulk wines, typical of the area. In the 60s it will be the nephew, Domenico Spadafora, who will take a new path, with the bottling of the typical wines and the distribution.
Today, the company is a point of reference for Calabrian enology. The production area of the Calabria PGI red, rosé, and white wines is that of the upper valley of the Crati river. The wines are the result of native grapes, selected and harvested by hand. The cellar is located in the Cosenza hamlet of Donnici.
Next to the estate, the Spadafora Enoteca is a welcoming place where you can taste the excellence of wine and local products in a well-kept and familiar environment.
