Ceraudo
Ceraudo farm is in the countryside of Strongoli, Province of Crotone, in a seventeenth-century village, immersed in a 60-hectare garden of Val di Neto PGI vineyards, olive groves and citrus groves that follow one another up to the sea on the Ionian coast.
The estate includes the Dattilo restaurant, one Michelin star, managed by chef Caterina Ceraudo, and a series of charming accommodations with panoramic rooms overlooking the hills and a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by greenery.
In organoleptic examination, Ceraudo wines are elegant and stand out for their complexity, consistency, and persistence of scents. There are 8 grape varieties used: Gaglioppo, Cabernet, Greco Nero, Magliocco, Pecorello, Greco Bianco, Mantonico and Chardonnay.
