Azienda Agricola Cosimo Murace

Cosimo Murace farm is located in Bivongi, province of Reggio Calabria, in the area of ​​ Bivongi PDO wine, which is produced jointly with Calabria PGI, Passito (raisin wine) and Mosto Cotto (Cooked Must).

The homonymous owner is a self-taught oenologist and producer who, starting in 1998, has dedicated himself to the care of the property inherited from his grandfather.

The vineyards are conducted in compliance with certified organic agriculture. Vineyards in Fiorello and Soverari are planted with autochthonous grapes (Gaglioppo, Greco Nero, Calabrese Nero) and small percentages of other grapes, while in Pirainosa only white grapes are cultivated (Guardavalle Ansonica and Malvasia Bianca).
