Le Carolee

Le Carolee is both a farm and an agritourism located in the municipality of Pianopoli, province of Catanzaro.

Born as a farm, Le Carolee is made up of two land units: Valle del Romito estate - 5 hectares of olive trees of the Carolea monovariety, located in Feroleto Antico - and the Gabella estate which extends for about 45 hectares, of which almost 30 dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees of the Carolea cultivar. In fact, this company produces the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Lametia PDO.

Inside Gabella estate there are two ancient, fortified houses dating back to the 1800s which, after being renovated, now house two accommodation facilities: the Red House with 7 double bedrooms and the White House which is an independent housing unit.

Upon reservation, at the restaurant of the farmhouse it is possible to taste delicious dishes prepared using, mainly, the company's products.
