The Zenzero, il ritrovo del gusto restaurant was born from the initiative and imagination of its chef-patron, Bruno De Francesco, who decided to experiment with a new idea of cuisine in the country where he was born and raised, Serra San Bruno, province of Vibo Valentia.
The restaurant, housed in what was once a small cabinet maker's shop, in the heart of the historic center, preserves and enhances the spirit of the place, with stone walls and exposed beams combined with contemporary furniture.
The desire to amaze, the research in tradition, the attention to raw materials, the emotion of the senses are the ingredients of the kitchen, which uses seasonal raw materials, experimental cooking techniques and great care in the composition.
