Scutellà
The Antica Pasticceria Artigianale Scutellà in Delianuova, in the province of Reggio Calabria, churned out its first renowned pastries in 1930.
The restaurant is now in the hands of Rocco Scutellà - who has been a member of the Italian Master Pastry Chefs Academy since 2015 - who looks to the future, combining what is genuine and healthy with innovation.
The product that has made the pastry shop famous is nougat, made with the same grandfather's recipe that has been handed down since the beginning of the last century: only the finest almonds and Aspromonte orange honey.
