Sapori & Saperi

The farmhouse where the Sapori & Saperi restaurant is located  is part of an ancient residence in the historic center of Belvedere Marittimo, along the fragrant Riviera dei Cedri, in the province of Cosenza. 

The cuisine is focused on the freshness of raw materials from the local area and fish from the Tyrrhenian Sea, processed with passion and creativity. The menu offers typical dishes revisited in a contemporary style, and is combined with a sound glass of Calabrian, national and international wine. 

The restaurant partakes in all initiatives carried out by AIAS Onlus (a non-profit organization) approaching child labor and youth in need, within a project of concrete social inclusion.
