Pasticceria Taverna - Le Chicche
The Taverna artisan workshop was officially established in 1945, when Francesco, after working as a young man with his father Vincenzo, courageously and with entrepreneurial spirit decided to start the business of processing dried fruit and orange peel. In the 1950s, Pasticceria Taverna - Le Chicche was established in Taurianova (RC).
The pride of this family business' confectionery production is its nougat, handcrafted with Avola almonds, orange blossom honey, Grand Cru chocolate, figs and dates.
