Kamastra
In the atmosphere of an old inn, the Kamastra restaurant offers the cuisine from the past revisited by the chef-patron Enzo Filardi, in Civita, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy in the Cosenza province. The restaurant, an old spinning mill in the heart of the small Arbëresh minority town (Italian-Albanian), welcomes you with a room made of warm materials, stone and Pollino wood.
The gastronomic proposal, closely linked to the territory and strictly faithful to local natural resources, is the common thread for the rediscovery of Arbëresh culinary traditions: ancient Calabrian flavors of the peasant world with balcaniche influences.
The specialties of the house are strangùle me nenezë (cavatelli alla nenesa, nettle of Pollino).
