Senatore Vini
The history of Senatore family in the field of viticulture began in the early 1900s, in Cirò Marina, province of Crotone, where, starting from a small local cellar, the patriarch Giuseppe Sculco and then the great-great-grandfather, Francesco Senatore, started the first activity.
Today, Senatore Wines is a brand of excellence in the production of Cirò PDO and Calabria PGI wine, with an estate managed with passion by Giuseppe and Franco, first of all, followed by the rest of the family.
Of the total 40 hectares, 30 are devoted to the vineyard, cultivated in a certified organic regime with attention to the most recent breeding techniques, cared by qualified experts and researchers. The harvest is rigorously done by hand, while vinification and aging in the cellar follow the "cold way" for the whites and the "traditional" way for the reds.
Immersed in the vineyards, the estate makes its spaces available for events and weddings, combining the beauty of the landscape with the professionalism and excellence of the area.
