Romano & Adamo
Founded by cousins Bernardo Romano and Piero Adamo, Bernardo & Adamo winery is based in Cirò Marina, in the province of Crotone, the territory of Cirò PDO wine to which the producers also add Calabria PGI wines.
The two cousins dedicated themselves to the rediscovery and enhancement of the native vines of the area through careful research and care of the supply chain, from the vineyard to the bottling, with the aim of creating wines of the highest quality, expression of the territory and its typicality.
The 4 production estates (Feudo, Almeria, Ponta Basilisco and Difesa Piana) each have their own peculiarities and characteristics, alternating spurred cordon and sapling cultivation. The harvesting, selection and processing of the grapes are carried out periodically and the harvest is done by hand. Equally scrupulous is the work in the cellar, with a vinification based on modern processing and aging systems, with respect for nature.
