Fattoria San Francesco

Fattoria San Francesco is located in Cirò PDO  wine area, in Quattromani area in the countryside of Cirò, province of Crotone.

The excellent raw material coming from native vines overlooking the Ionian Sea (Gaglioppo, Magliocco and Greco Bianco) allows the creation of high-quality wines, capable of maintaining an indissoluble bond with an archaeological territory. The excellence of the production is also the result of accurate cultivation techniques, in balance between the activities of artisanal production and innovation.

The cellar has a capacity of over 1,000,000 bottles, including barriques and steel tanks, with a highly technological system consisting of automatic presses for soft squeezing and different types of vinificators. Fermentations take place at a controlled temperature.

Visitors can have a picnic pairing the wines of the farm.
