Cote di Franze

Cote di Franze winery is based in Cirò, in the province of Crotone, on the plateau called Piana di Franze, a place where Cirò PDO wine is the product of excellence.

The winery was born from the passion and commitment of Francesco and Vincenzo Scilanga, who learned the production techniques on the family farm as children.

The vineyard offers two native varieties, Gaglioppo and Greco Bianco, with an ancient sapling, 9000 plants per hectare and an organic cultivation method. The production philosophy pursues the production of natural wines, with indigenous yeasts and low use of sulphur dioxide.

The cellar, in line with the new winemaking technologies, is equipped with temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
