Cataldo Calabretta Viticoltore
The winemaking project of Cataldo Calabretta was born in Cirò Marina, province of Crotone, and translates into Cataldo Calabretta Viticoltore brand, whose symbol is the” arciglione”, the pruning beak.
The family business, in constant evolution, produces Cirò PDO wine from native Gaglioppo grapes, grown in saplings in a certified organic regime, without selected yeasts or fermentation activators of any kind, harvested by hand.
In the cellar, the ancient concrete tanks have been recovered, among the most suitable for refinement and maturation.
