Caparra & Siciliani
Along the Ionian coast of Cirò Marina, Province of Crotone, among sapling vineyards, centuries-old olive groves and millenary ruins, Cirò PDO and Calabria Rosso PGI wines of the historic Caparra & Siciliani company are born.
Wine producers since the 19th century, the Caparra and Siciliani families merged their respective brands in 1963, building on their common experiences and working with the native grapes from the vineyards owned by the members.
The factory is modern and technologically advanced, spread over three floors with over 150 Allier oak barriques. Since its inception, the winery has paid particular attention to bottling, selecting the product through an accurate examination conducted by Jacopo Vagaggini, one of the best Italian oenologists.
