Cantina Francesco Malena

The history of the family winery Francesco Malena started in Cirò Marina, in the province of Crotone, the land of Cirò PDO wine. Starting from the progenitor, grandfather Cataldo, and from his father Francesco, the oenological culture of the territory becomes a solid company reality, which the heirs have transformed into the current cellar, in Cutura del Marchese district.

Today, Malena Cellars are spread over an indoor 1300 square meters and boast 8000 hl of storage in stainless steel with an electronic system that allows temperature control during the fermentation of the musts and the wine refinement cycles, according to what has become a full-fledged technologically advanced company, aimed at the production of Cirò PDO and Calabria Rosso PGI wines.
