Azienda Agricola Altomonte

The wine of Altomonte farm was born in Palizzi, in the province of Reggio Calabria, from a project by Antonio Altomonte. A path that starts from the enhancement of local ecotypes of Palizzi PGI wine.

During the replanting phase, the company used the grafts from secular mother vineyards (Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Calabrese, Inzolia and Malvasia).

The decision to graft the scions of historic vines and use the certified organic method required a slow and hard work, the fruits of which translate into ethical wines that are strongly representative of the territory.
