'A Vita
‘A Vita in Calabrian dialect means the vine, a plant with which Francesco and Laura, a Calabrian and a Friulian, maintain a visceral and passionate bond.
The winery is located in Cirò Marina, in the Province of Crotone, land of the renowned Cirò PDO wine. Eight hectares of land and 4 vineyards (Muzzunetto, Sant'Anastasia, Fego and Frassà) organically cultivated, between the Ionian Sea and the foothills of the Sila.
Here the native Calabrian vines are grown, the best interpreters of the terroir: Gaglioppo, Magliocco, Mantonico and white Greco. The principles of responsibility towards the territory, biodiversity and respect for agricultural times, spontaneous fermentations without the addition of enzymes, natural decantations, low use of sulfur dioxide inspire the production and processing.
The winery offers guided tours and tastings upon reservation and payment.
