Società Agricola Bova SRL is located in Amaroni, a small town over the hills in the province of Catanzaro. Amaroni is located on the Strada dei Sapori Cassiodorei, the street described in the work of Magno Aurelio Cassiodoro where the best local products were drawn up.

The company was born from the idea of Raffaele Bova, a passionate olive farmer, and continues today thanks to his children; It is, in fact, a family business.

Since the beginning of the 80s, the company has specialized in organic farming, and it is now one of the pioneering olive farms in organic breeding in Calabria. In addition, Olio Bova has been certified organic since 1991, and has been awarded the 1st prize for the best organic oil in the Region. The olive variety used for the production of this oil is Carolea.

The main product is undoubtedly oil, but in recent years the company has enriched its production by adding a line of organic flours, cereals and legumes, sauces, pâté and honey.
