Borgo del Convento
In Palizzi, in the province of Catanzaro, nestled between the sea and the hills, rises the Borgo del Convento, a former monastery dating back to 1492.
Inside the Borgo there are 14 rooms, one of which is an elegant suite. The structure is a real village: there are two small churches and a chapel - where weddings are often celebrated -, a cloister, a garden with basins and fountains and various internal rooms.
The Borgo del Convento is the ideal location for a wedding, while the entire structure can also be booked for congresses, conventions, exhibitions and meetings.
The structure is classified as a monument tied to the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, where the Corapi family organizes, every second Sunday of the month, free guided tours of the facility.
