Acqua di Friso

Acqua di Friso farmhouse is located in Cropani Marina, province of Catanzaro, and is the ideal place for a family holiday or an event with friends. Immersed in the greenery of a panoramic hill overlooking the Gulf of Squillace, offers to guests a swimming pool, private access to the beach (SIC area - Site of Community Interest) and activities all year round: from a wellness weekend with massages to cooking classes, exhibitions of art to animation for children.

The estate was established in 1990, following a restoration and ecological reclamation of the whole area by the owners, who decided to plant a forest of 12,000 pine trees, a citrus grove and synergistic vegetable gardens, whose biodynamic products are used in the farm-to-table preparations of the restaurant.

The latter, recommended by Accademia della Cucina Italiana (Italian Cooking Academy), is open all year round (fireplace in winter, terrace with swimming pool in summer) and offers meat, fish and vegetarian cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean diet with some contamination. The ingredients are local products and Slow Food Presidia.

The events and banquets are designed for up to 80 people, in an intimate atmosphere, accompanied by a piano. The gem is the "Personalised dinner with the chef": dinner-show on request, for groups of at least 12 people.

Hospitality translates into the rooms inside the farmhouse and in those located in the pine forest.
