La Taverna del Borgo
In the historic center of Mammola, province of Reggio Calabria and known production site of the renowned Stocco di Mammola PAT (Traditional Agri-Food Product), the trattoria La Taverna del Borgo is born.
The Taverna offers a traditional Calabrian cuisine focused on top quality products, expertly processed by the two chef-patrons, Nunzio and Giuseppe Pisano. It is difficult to choose between the proposals on the menu, but you can not try the stockfish with potatoes, local specialty, cooked in various ways (even fried or marinated). Among the first courses, do not miss the homemade pasta with wheat flour and rye ground at the water mill.
