Kalavrì - Anima & Pizza Roccella Ionica

In 2022, Kalavrì - Anima & Pizza will also arrive in Roccella Ionica, in the beautiful setting of Porto delle Grazie.

The proposal is that of a "contemporary pizzeria": a pizza alla pala created with high hydration, selected flours and maturation of more than 40 hours. The raw materials for the fillings are selected only after careful research and evaluation of products and producers.

The signature of the star chef, Luca Abbruzzino, is on the toppings of all 12 pizzas always on the menu and the special off-menu items. The doughs, on the other hand, are designed and made by Calabrian master pizza maker Michele Intrieri.
