Brezza - fish and chill
Brezza fish and chill is a fish-cocktail bar: the Abbruzzino family's new concept restaurant in Soverato.
Luca Abbruzzino, star chef of the Abbruzzino restaurant in Catanzaro, is behind the idea. The restaurant is carefully designed down to the smallest detail, even the furnishings and the choice of colours: everything is sand-coloured, coral pink and light blue, again a reminder of the sea and the long, beautiful beaches of Calabria.
At Brezza, being transversal is a philosophy: fish dishes, cocktails and natural wines, sandwiches, friselle and even two "branded" beers (one with bergamot and one with seaweed). There is no shortage of desserts.
The Abbruzzino family has thought even further: Brezza-branded t-shirts, towels and beach bags.
