Palizzi PGI

Palizzi PGI includes the following varieties of wine: Red, also in the Novello (Young Wine) Red variant, and Rosé.

The production area of the PGI product includes about 25 hectares of vineyards located in the municipalities of Bova, Bova Marina, Brancaleone, Condofuri, Palizzi and Staiti within the province of Reggio Calabria.

Palizzi PGI Red wine features deep red hues color, and an intense and characteristic aroma. The Red Novello PGI differs in that it has a deeper red color and a fresh, fruity scent. Rosato Palizzi PGI wine is characterized by a more or less intense pink color, a fine and delicate odor and a fresh flavor. The minimum total ABV is 11% for Novello Red and 13.00% for Red and Rosé types.
