Archaeological Park Archeoderi - Synagogue of Bova Marina

The Archeoderi Archaeological Park, with adjoining museum, was created around the discovery of the ancient Synagogue of Bova Marina, in the municipality of the same name in the province of Reggio Calabria.

It is one of the rare examples of a synagogue from Roman times (4th century) found in Italy after the one in Ostia Antica.

The Synagogue Museum exhibits a number of artefacts and a series of contemporary works of art inspired by Judaism in Calabria.
