Azienda Agricola Ceraudo
In the province of Crotone, specifically in Strongoli, there is the Ceraudo Farm.
The farm is located in a village of 1600, surrounded by a garden of 60 hectares: 20 of vineyards, 37 of olive groves, 3 of citrus groves and vegetable garden. For the production of Ceraudo wines 8 vines are used - Gaglioppo, Cabernet, Greco nero, Magliocco, Pecorello, Greco bianco, Mantonico e Chardonnay – from which 9 qualities of wine are produced, all with R.G.I. ( Regional Geographical Indication). The autochthonous varieties Carolea, Tonda di Strongoli and Fidusa, are grown in the olive grove.
All the products grown in the vegetable garden are used in the Dattilo Restaurant, also winner of a Michelin Star; the location of the restaurant has been released from an old oil mill.
The Ceraudo Farm also offers hospitality in 4 rooms and 2 apartments, equipped with all comforts.
