Sagra della 'Nduja di Spilinga 2023

The Festival of the 'Nduja of Spilinga is not only a gastronomic event, but also a folkloristic and cultural one.

The main streets of the country are occupied by stands set up for the occasion, where it is possible to taste various dishes prepared with the 'nduja, accompanied by a musical entertainment characterized by the typical popular rhythms and tarantellas. The festival is also an opportunity to relive old traditions of the past, from the typical papier-mâché "Giants" Mata and Grifone that parade through the narrow streets of the village, to the many games.

The 2023 edition of the Festival of the 'Nduja of Spilinga will take place on August 8 in the historic center of the village.
