Montalto Wine Fest

In the historical centre of Montalto Uffugo (CS), the Montalto Wine Fest awaits the public for a weekend full of emotions, dedicated to wine and local culture. On 16 and 17 November 2024, the streets of the village will be filled with food and wine stands, musical moments and activities for all ages, in a unique atmosphere.

16 November
The festival kicks off in the late afternoon, with the opening of the stands of wineries and typical products that will welcome visitors with the best flavours of Calabria. The evening will be enlivened by music and folk shows, for a festival celebrating local traditions and the pleasure of conviviality.

17 November
The day begins with new proposals, including activities for children and a simulated grape harvest that will involve them in discovering the world of wine. During the morning, music and entertainment will provide background to the visit of the food stands, while in the afternoon, a masterclass on Terre di Cosenza wines will be held at Palazzo Alimena, led by ONAV delegate Mario Reda. The evening continues with performances and local flavours along the streets of the village, creating a multi-sensory itinerary to round off the event.
