Merano Wine Festival Calabria – “Essence of the South”

From June 7 to 9 2025, Cirò will host the Merano Wine Festival Calabria - “Cirò: Essence of the South”, an event dedicated to the wine and culinary excellence of Southern Italy. For three days, producers, experts and enthusiasts will come together for tastings, masterclasses and exclusive meetings.

Cirò, the land of the legendary Cirò DOC wine, will be the heart of an international wine dialogue, highlighting not only Calabrian wines but also agribusiness and artisan crafts of excellence. The event enhances the link between wine, history and culture of Magna Graecia, offering an immersive experience between tradition and innovation.

Organized with the support of the Region of Calabria, Arsac and the municipalities of Cirò and Cirò Marina, the festival will offer press tours, seminars and tasting counters, while also emphasizing local cuisine. A unique opportunity to discover Calabria through its authentic flavors and extraordinary food and wine heritage.
